Terms of Service

By accessing or using Viadiscere ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and creators.

Viadiscere is a digital marketplace that connects independent travel creators with buyers seeking authentic travel guides. The Platform facilitates the discovery and purchase of digital travel content ("Travel Packs"). Viadiscere does not create or guarantee the accuracy of any content.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account.

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By publishing a Travel Pack, creators grant Viadiscere a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content through the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

To make purchases you need a Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom, Solflare or Backpack). Payments are processed directly on the Solana blockchain. Once confirmed, transactions are irreversible.

Viadiscere does not hold or custody any funds. Payments go directly from buyer to creator and platform treasury. Viadiscere charges a 10% marketplace fee on each transaction; creators receive 90% of the purchase price.

Prices are set in USD; you pay in USDC (1:1) or SOL at the live rate shown before you confirm. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: upload false, misleading, or plagiarized content; attempt to circumvent payment systems; engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse of other users; reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.

Viadiscere provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of travel information in packs. Travel involves inherent risks — always verify information independently before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viadiscere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Travel Pack purchased through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
