Refund Policy

All Travel Packs sold on Viadiscere are digital products, delivered immediately upon purchase and granting lifetime access to the content. Because of this, all sales are final.

Payments settle directly on the Solana blockchain: the creator receives their 90% share and the platform treasury its 10% fee in the same transaction. Viadiscere never holds or custodies your funds — there is no balance we could draw from — so we do not issue monetary refunds, and once confirmed a Solana payment is irreversible.

What we can always do is make sure you receive what you paid for. If a pack file is corrupt, or won't download or open after several attempts, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@viadiscere.io with:

• The pack name and purchase date
• Your Solana transaction signature
• A description of the issue

We'll restore your access — re-issuing the file or fixing the download.

If a pack materially misrepresents what it delivers (for example, advertising a destination it does not cover), report it to support@viadiscere.io. Because payments settle directly to the creator and Viadiscere holds no funds, we cannot reverse an on-chain payment — but we act on the content and the creator: misrepresented or fraudulent packs may be removed or delisted, and the creator's access may be suspended or terminated under our Terms and Creator Agreement.

Payments are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed. Blockchain network (gas) fees are never refundable.
