Privacy Policy

Account data: Email address, name, and optional profile information (username, bio, social links, avatar) that you provide when registering or editing your profile.

Transaction data: Purchase records, Solana wallet addresses used for payments, and transaction signatures recorded on the blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public: the wallet address you pay from is visible to the creator and to anyone viewing the Solana blockchain.

Content data: Travel Packs, cover images, and files that creators upload to the Platform.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically to improve the Platform.

We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; process purchases and deliver digital content; send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notifications); respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Viadiscere uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. To understand how the Platform is used, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites — and only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Page addresses are recorded without any query parameters.

We use the following types of cookies: Session cookies (authentication) and Preference cookies (settings). We do not use advertising cookies. Our map provider, Mapbox, stores an anonymous identifier in your browser, renewed every 24 hours, which it uses to count map loads.

We share data only with: Vercel (website hosting and cookie-free usage analytics); Sentry (error reports, configured to exclude personal data by default); Supabase (database, authentication and file storage); the Solana network (publicly recorded blockchain transactions) and our Solana data provider (Helius); Resend (email delivery); Upstash (rate limiting); Mapbox (maps and place search); and a file-scanning service used to check uploads for malware. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Data recorded on the Solana blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, including Viadiscere.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; object to processing; export your data in a portable format (this does not apply to data recorded on the blockchain — see Data Retention). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Viadiscere is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
