Creator Agreement

By enabling Creator status on Viadiscere, you agree to this Creator Agreement in addition to our general Terms of Service. This agreement governs your right to publish and sell Travel Packs on the Platform.

All Travel Packs must: be based on your genuine first-hand experience or credible research; be accurate, up-to-date, and clearly labeled with the timeframe of your experience; not contain misleading, plagiarized, or content generated entirely by AI without your own first-hand verification; not promote illegal activities, scams, or harmful advice.

Viadiscere reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

Creators receive 90% of each sale. The remaining 10% is the Viadiscere marketplace fee, which funds platform operations. To publish and sell, you activate your creator account with a $20 activation fee, paid in USDC or SOL (Pioneers activate for free). The activation fee is non-refundable. Stepping down ends your activation; reactivating costs $20 again. Beyond that there are no monthly fees or listing costs.

90% of each sale is transferred directly to your Solana payout wallet in the same transaction. Payouts are instant and automatic.

The Solana wallet you sign the activation transaction with becomes your creator wallet, where your 90% share of every sale is paid. You are responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and seed phrase. All transactions are publicly visible on Solana Explorer.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload. By publishing a Travel Pack, you grant Viadiscere a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content to facilitate sales. This license ends when your content is removed from the Platform, except that buyers who purchased your pack before removal keep access to it, and Viadiscere may continue to host and deliver it to them.

You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You may not publish content that: infringes copyright or other IP rights; is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing; promotes illegal activities (visa fraud, drug tourism, etc.); contains false reviews or fabricated information; was generated entirely by AI without your own first-hand verification.

Once a buyer purchases your pack, the sale is final. Your 90% share settles directly to your Solana wallet in the same transaction — Viadiscere holds no funds and there is no balance to draw from, so purchases are not reversed. See our Refund Policy. If a pack you publish materially misrepresents what it delivers, Viadiscere may remove or delist it and may suspend or terminate your creator access under Section 7.

Viadiscere may suspend or terminate creator access for: repeated violations of content standards; fraudulent activity; or abuse of the platform.

We may update this agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued operation as a creator after changes constitutes acceptance.
